We produce micro-batches of chocolate with meticulous processes that help us highlight the sensory profiles present in the cacao.

 

Lovie Chocolate offers 4 dark chocolate bars from different Peruvian origins and with varying cocoa percentages. We also have our tasting pack, which includes all 4 bars together, along with an introduction to tasting that explains how to use your 5 senses when tasting chocolate, and a flavor wheel to help identify tasting notes.​​

Our Story

Victoria Weffer, a passionate chocolate maker, began her journey in 2020 with a deep connection to the cacao fruit. What started as an exploration into the complexities of cacao soon grew into a mission to share Peru's finest with the world. By 2022, we launched our chocolate brand, bringing together the rich flavors of single-origin cacao from various regions of Peru in a single, beautifully crafted pack. Our commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and supporting local cacao producers is at the heart of everything we do. We aim to create a truly unique experience for chocolate lovers of all ages, from casual enjoyers to connoisseurs.

 

Over the years, we’ve refined our techniques, achieving several milestones, including award-winning chocolates and curating exclusive food-pairing events. We offer products designed to challenge even the most refined taste buds. What sets us apart is our dedication to using only the best fine aroma cacao Peru has to offer. To immerse our customers in the rich cultural heritage of our product, we also host chocolate tastings at Museo Amano, Peru’s largest pre-Columbian textile museum. For us, it’s about more than just chocolate—it’s about celebrating the artistry of cacao and sharing it with those who appreciate its craftsmanship.​
